October Photo Contest
either
October Photo Contest It's contest time again! Post your October 2009 Photo Contest entries to this thread. The monthly winner gets a farmphoto t-shirt. My thought is to compile all the winning photos from the year and to make a 2010 calendar using the photos. It might also be possible to do a "Best of FarmPhoto 2009" coffee table type book using the most popular photos. The Rules 1) The photo must have been taken in October of 2009. 2) Each member may only post one (1) entry. 3) Only Full Members may vote. 4) Full members get one vote. 5) In the event of a tie, my vote decides. 6) Photos *must* have been taken and be owned by the poster. 7) No voting will take place until the month has ended, after which a week-long period will be allowed for voting. 8) Posting members must agree to allow their photos to be used by farmphoto (me) for the purposes described above, and be able to supply their photos at the highest possible resolution, and without watermarks/annotations/etc if required. 9) Non-photo comments are discouraged and must not detract from the photos or attempt to influence voters. 10) Photos must be farming related HINT: Use the tile view or slide view to see all the photos. HINT: Feel free to describe the attributes of your photo that you feel make it a contender for our 'Photo of the Month' Good luck everyone! 0,0,0 Re: October Photo Contest heres mine its a john deere 7400 with a 8 row header cutting maize taken on the 1/10/09 0,0,0 Re: October Photo Contest Here is mine: While I was biking home last weekend (10/10/2009), I heard the most fabulous noise of a hard working, old SPFH. I'm sure a lot of you know how it can make you feel. :D I checked it out and it turned out to be this nice NH 1880 Super and a Ford 2000, cutting fairly green maize for this time of the year. 0,0,0 51.1757042083601,4.62613463401794 Re: October Photo Contest Made this foto on 3 october in my home town Vijlen in the Netherlands. This Belgium contractor was silage the maize with two Joskin Silospace wagons. One 24-45 and a 24-50. 0,0,0 Re: October Photo Contest Fendt in the dust 0,0,0 Re: October Photo Contest Hesston 7730 harvesting mais 0,0,0 Re: October Photo Contest newholland t6010 with the sun 0,0,0 Re: October Photo Contest Rear end of our Red River 622R beetdigger pulled by our NH TM190 and me following in the Ford L8000 tandem truck. The equipment belongs to QEF (Quirijnen Energy Farming) in Merksplas. The harvest is used to power a biogas installation which produces electricity. The heat is used to heat greenhouses. The dusty conditions on the picture are not common for October in Belgium. 0,0,0 Re: October Photo Contest Case IH Puma CVX 180 with Kverneland EG 100. In S.W Scotland, As you can see lots of seagulls, difficult to see what you are doing, although they have great co-ordination and never collide with the plough even though I have had them fly in between the broads! and I have actually ploughed one in before. 0,0,0 Re: October Photo Contest 9th of october. A big truck was bringing corn. My little brother and a friend of him were watching if everything was still going in the right order. 0,0,0 Loading Message List
